Rehabilitation project of one of the most emblematic blocks of Baixa Pombalina, corresponding to a group of buildings whose origin dates from the 19th century. Since the beginning of the 20th century, several banking entities such as Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Banco Fonsecas, Santos & Vianna and Banco Pinto & Sotto Mayor, Companhia Portuguesa dos Fósforos and Marconi' Wireless Telegraph C.ª Lda have been passing through this space. The last and only occupant was Banco BPI, with its previous headquarters.

Located near by one of the most emblematic landmarks of the city of Lisbon, it is an iconic building located in one of the noblest entrances to the city, the Arco da Rua Augusta and where it has been possible to preserve several heritage elements, such as the frontier of the Rua do Comércio building and its grandiose bronze doors.
