Located in the municipality of Alandroal, on land bordered by the Alqueva dam, with approximately 600 hectares dedicated to a regenerative farm and livestock (permaculture). 
 This project aims to develop a self-sustainable boutique hotel, associated with a concept of Farm to Table gastronomy, an atelier of organic products manufactured locally in a handcrafted way, as well as activities and experiences that re-establish the connection of people with the countryside and nature.
