The building on Rua dos Remolares is an iconic asset with a remarkable historic identity in the city of Lisbon. Near the Tagus River and close to some of Lisbon’s most vibrant spots, this edifice includes windows that offer an amazing panoramic view over the riverfront (only from the top floors) as well as rooms with high ceilings up to the 3rd floor.

The conclusion was a reflection between the indoors and outdoors of the building, helping to preserve the city’s strong architectural identity by connecting the edifice with its surroundings, which, centuries ago, was home to markets and merchants as well as the former shipping industry.
